Добрый день!
Давайте уберём openct, libopenct, pccs-lite-openct хотя бы из профилей
всех дистрибутивов, ещё лучше эти пакеты удалить совсем, если никому не
требуются. Вреда от openct больше, пользы совсем никакой. Он давно не
поддерживается, сайт выставлен на продажу, по факту конфликтует с
актуальными библиотеками, поддерживающими токены и смарт-карты. Для их
работы в 100% случаях первым делом приходится удалять из дистрибутивов
перечисленные пакеты.
