Уберите nodev и хэшер будет доволен.

Между прочим,

$ sed -ne '/Requirements/,/nodev/p' /usr/share/doc/hasher-*/README 
3. Requirements.

  File system where workdir is located should not be mounted with
  "noexec" or "nodev" options.

Поскольку диагностика забытого nodev не вполне очевидна, надо будет
добавит этот случай в FAQ.
