Важен всё-таки не статус задачи, а то, что ей кто-то готов заняться.
Чтобы решить проблему, её нужно воспроизвести. В данном случае,
устройство на котором воспроизводится проблема, условно, уникальное.
Ну, нет такого у разработчиков, к примеру. И что тут поделаешь?
Нужно детализировать и переоткрывать задачу, если хочется, чтобы
проблема решилась.
Я в задаче задаче задав вопрос:
"Важно что, в итоге, в grug.cfg получается.
У меня так:

А на проблемном ноуте?"
