Очень, очень странно. А она точно исправна? Весной прошлого года
пришлось ставить Альт Рабочую станцию 9 на что попало, в том числе и
Asus eeePC 901. С целью удалённой работы. Так до сих пор и работают,
говорят нормально.
Опять же Рабочая станция 9.1 отлично так работает на RPi4 4Гб, это моё
основное домашнее рабочее место. При том что MATE должно по идее быть
даже потяжелее icewm. Или нет? Давно не пробовал, трудно сравнивать.
Я бы на вашем месте всё же попробовал обновиться, так как есть
соображение что p9 в этом смысле ничем не хуже p7.
