Подтверждаю, есть такое дело. Может быть, я поступил в корне
идеологически неправильно, но я просто зашел на icq.com,
зарегистрировался там через апплет с названием типа WebICQ или что-то
такое, а потом ввел уже имеющийся номер в Licq. Все стало путем.
