Приветствую!
Кто-то знает о поддержке контроллера RAID LSI SAS 3108, он же Broadcom
3108 ?
В ядре поддержка есть, но я не нашёл в пакетах MegaRAID - ПО дл LSI для
управлением контроллерами RAID.
Мне конкретно нужна программа storcli - она задаёт параметры и читает
конфигурацию и состояние из контроллера.
Может быть я плохо искал и это ПО есть? Или лицензионные ограничения
производителя не дают сделать свой пакет?

Утилиты - проприетарные блобы. ИХ в пакетах и не будет от слова никогда.
Бери с сайта производителя железки версию для centos/rhel или deb,
распаковать руками и положить куда в /opt
