Opensuse до сих пор поддерживает KDE3. Я недавно ставил.
Это так забавно было - наисвежайщий роллинг и KDE3.

Возможно, так желающим воскресить KDE3 в альте будет удобней
(опять же Пасха не за горами). Я бы попытался поучаствовать,
хотя вряд ли смогу много чем помочь.
