[Comm-en] Distribution Release: ALT Education 10.2

Good day!

An assembly of the operating system ALT Education 10.2 on platform 10 
(p10 Aronia branch) has been released. The assembly of ALT Education 
10.2 distribution kit is prepared for i586, x86_64, AArch64 
architectures. The operating system is included in the Unified Register 
of Russian Programs and Databases. The distribution includes desktop and 
server applications allowing to integrate student's and teacher's 
workplaces providing rich functionality and conduct administrative and 
economic activities of the institution.

Changes

* There are new groups in installation menu: the Robotics, the LibreOffice.
* The official repository of P7-Office applications has been added.
* It is possible now to connect to Wi-Fi in the login screen if KDE 
Plasma is installed.
* The distribution includes now special features: the Orca screen 
reader, Speech Dispatcher server.
