Здравствуйте.
Поставил чистый Server 4.0.1.
Хочу проапгрейтица из бранча 5.0
Стоит ли сразу выполнить обновление системы из 5.0 бранча, или лучше
последовательно, с начала обновится из 4.0, потом 4.1, и только потом
из 5.0.

Сначала обновите rpm и apt из толи бранча, толи апдейтов для 4.0, а
потом уже обновите glibc-core и ядро из 5.0.
Дальше ребут и dist-upgrade.
Должно относительно нормально обновиться.
