Настрой LDAP на anonymous bind. И (pam|nss)_ldap - на него же.
Использовать пароли в том же виде, что и в /etc/openldap/slapd.conf,
не получится. Причина: {SSHA}ХХХ - это хэш plaintext-пароля.
