Если есть доступ к машине физически -то можнор вообще всё что угодно
спереть. Исключение - шифрованный раздел.
Так что таки ограничения по лицам,имеющим доступу в серверную рулит. А
ещё рулит регистрация по времени кто,когда и на сколько входил в серверную
