Здравствуйте, sysadmins.
Перенес я у себя сквид на другую машину.
При запуске сквида выкидывает ошибку:
service squid start
/etc/init.d/squid: line 117: 2705 Aborted /usr/sbin/squid -z -F
2>/dev/null
Starting squid service: FATAL: Could not determine fully qualified hostname. Pl
ease set 'visible_hostname'
Squid Cache (Version 2.5.STABLE10): Terminated abnormally.
CPU Usage: 0.010 seconds = 0.010 user + 0.000 sys
Maximum Resident Size: 0 KB
Page faults with physical i/o: 471
[FAILED]
в конфиге сквида я прописал visible_hostname и все заработало!
Вопрос в следующем!
Раньше работало без параметра "visible_hostname", чего на данный
момент нехватает, что сквид требует этот параметр?

У машины проблемы с DNS.
