Развертывал, на всех версиях и с разнообразным оборудованием.
Сформулируйте что вы хотите -- а то ответ на ваш вопрос потребует
написания целой книги :)
Использовать 5.0 _настоятельно_ не рекомендую, ибо там старые протухшие
версии Asterisk, с известными на настоящий момент уязвимостями. В бранче
же p6 версии Asterisk обновляются.
В настоящий момент рекомендуется использовать Asterisk 1.8, ибо более
ранние версии уже давно unsupported, а 11-я еще не прошла обкатку у
достаточного количества людей, чтобы рекомендовать ее к внедрению (вон 1.8
по крайней мере год после релиза была неюзабельна).
