Хочу использовать vzmigrate. Оно хочет ходить по ssh root'ом.
Как правильно настроить openssh?
Вариант номер раз:
PermitRootLogin yes
PasswordAuthentication no
PermitEmptyPasswords no
И настроенные ключи у root
Вариант номер два:
Поднять sshd на левом порту, типа 222, с теми же настройками,
прикрыть его iptables'ом и использовать UsePrivilegedPort yes на
клиенте.
Как можно поднять второй sshd? Скопировать инитскрипт это
понятно, но что делать с именем процесса?

Насколько я понимаю, имя процесса тут не помеха. Надо поменять PIDFILE.

А ещё надо не забыть вписать этот PidFile в новый sshd_config :-/
