пару лет назад пользовался, как-то проблем не возникало. Просто отдаешь
яндекс-бабки и получаешь вэб-бабки, теряешь нехилую комиссию при этом

Ну насчет коммисий это понятно.
Перевел деньги на другом ресурсе. Тот что я нагуглил, оказался глючным.
