IMHO, на форуме надо линк разместить.
И ещё, примерно 1200+ проголосовавших, из них 38% за "систему
дистанационного обучения всего в 12-ти ВУЗах"? Что-то тут не так-с.

Эту систему сделал СПбГУ, его мобилизационные возможности велики. :-)
