Здравствуйте!
Сегодня был неприятно шокирован тем, что РОЛ перестал предоставлять
callback.
Оно вроде и не критично, но отказ провайдеров от предоставления этой
услуги не был широко объявлен.
Объясняют это изменением межпровайдерных тарифов.
А пользователи здесь при чем?
