Приветствую.
На CNews вбирают самый социально-значимый ИТ-проект года (см.
<http://biz.cnews.ru/news/top/index.shtml?2009/10/01/364061>): на данный
момент проект внедрения ПСПО набрал 8% (первая помощь -- тоже).
