Mozilla/elinks
Поддерживают tabbed browsing, и к тому же industry standard ;O)
Справляются с выпрыгивающими окошками нормально =8O]
А вообще Мозилла действительно хорошо знает DOM, imho. И css тоже (хотя
могла бы и получше, конечно). Мне, зануде, такое жутко нравится.
(Задолбал Микрософт своим наплевательством на стандарты btw)
