Спец-плеер играет. Totem тoже показывал первый кадр - просто потом 
внутри какая-то рассинхронизация. Эх, нaдо делать GStreamerSource из 
mpeg4ip :-)

Судя по всему ролик сделан каким-то цифровым фотиком, так что даже если 
файл не полностью корректный - увы, исправлений не будет :-)
