Я не знаю точно, в чем может быть проблема. Попробуйте собрать из
*.nosrc.rpm, которые я положил в
people.altlinux.ru/imz/unsupported/SRPMS/ -- вчера у меня с
ними получилось удачно. Для кажого ядра собирается свой пакет с модулем,
по умолчанию собирается пакет для текущего ядра; а среди SOURCES есть
скрипт который попробует собрать пакет с модулем для каждого из
установленных ядер. При этом не требуется переставляьб с помощью
update-alternatives ни kernel_headers, ни gcc.
