Доброй ночи.

Откопал вот такую штуковину. Предназначена для онлайнового 
обучения и тестирования.

This is the home of OLAT, Online Learning And Training. OLAT is a 
web-based Open Source Learning Management System (LMS) / 
Learning Content Management System (LCMS) used in the public 
sector of Switzerland. The initial development started at the 
University of Zuerich, Switzerland where it is deployed on the 
main OLAT server. OLAT is open source and completely free of 
charge.

Learning Environments (VLE). One of the main advantages of Moodle over 
other systems is a strong grounding in social constructionist pedagogy.

Уже довольно давно и с удовольствием используется (лично мной, правда, в 
основном как подмога в очных оффлайновых курсах), активно развивается, 
GPL, есть русское сообщество.
