Всем добрый день!
Настал долгожданный момент, и python 2.4 переезжает из дедала в сизиф. В
связи с этим прошу всех, после появления этого пакета, пересобрать свои
питоновские пакеты с этим питоном.

Улетели в топку все Gnome-applets-*
Стоит пробовать обновить питона, а потом восстановить аплпеты с
--no-deps ? или жто гарантированные сегфолты?

Стоит попробовать подождать пока мантейнеры пересоберут необходимые вам пакеты с python2.4 и не обновлять
насильно python до тех пор.
