предыстория:
наша контора поставляет железо своей разработки(модули) + ПО для
съема с этого железа данных, обработки и т.д.
модули подключаются к компу посредством COM-портов.
с выходом ветки 2.4.хх я был обрадован автоподключением портов(отпала
надобность в setserial)
проблема:
с появлением VS-com pci 400-L все снова стало плохо :(
есть
http://ftp.visionsystems.de/multiio/linux/driver/2.4.xx/vscom-2.4.18.tar.gz
возможно ли на его основе сдлеать патч для alt 2.4.20 и включить его
в официальную ветку(в патче нет кода - только описание параметров карты)
под ALT поставлено уже больше 10-ти и будет поставлено(я надеюсь) около
сотни серверо(это только по Беларуси) но объяснять и учить заказчиков
патчить ядро от ALT нет ни желания ни возможности :(
вопрос:
что делать?
