Нет. У Mozilla есть такая фича, как запоминание изменений в форме... вот
она тут и срабатывает.
например это очень удобно, когда я в одном окне почти до конца завел
большую форму, а в другом окне добавил еще данные в SelectList, нажал на
форме Reload и спокойно продолжил заполнять форму ;-)
Но вообще ее как-то можно отключать.
