* [sisyphus] cupsd can't start

Доброго времени суток!
Что-то никак не могу запустить cupsd. Рапортует, что все в порядке и...

[ujo@ujo DOWNLOADS]$ sudo service cups start
Starting CUPS printing system:                                                                       [  OK  ]
[ujo@ujo DOWNLOADS]$ sudo service cups status
cupsd is stopped
[ujo@ujo DOWNLOADS]$ rpm -q cups
cups-1.1.10-alt4

В логах - порядок полный вроде бы,
I [03/Oct/2001:18:26:59 +0300] Listening to 0:631                                                                            
I [03/Oct/2001:18:26:59 +0300] Configured for up to 100 clients.

Ну что ему не так?

А как работает без sudo service cups status?
Что говорит lpq?
Для получения более подробных логов поменяйте в /etc/cups/cupsd.conf 
уровень подробности с info на debug2.

Никак не работает. В списке процессов его просто нет.

Судя по обрывающимcя на полуслове журналам - Ваш cups мог просто 
завалился в корку.
Будет интересно посмотреть почему.
Пришлите, пожайлуста, файл отчета от strace (если как в команде ниже 
/tmp/cups-log).
Команда (из под рута): strace -fF -o /tmp/cups-log cupsd

Может удасться понять причину.
