Обновил php теперь pg_connect() оно не воспринимает - говорит undefined
function
php.ini.rpmnew поменял, pgsql.so раскоментировал, apache рестартовал -
не работает.
Потом нашел - /etc/init.d/httpd stop - не работает. Апач приходится
прибивать / рестрартовать kill'ом.

У меня на днях такая штука была с mysql_connect
перезагрузка помогла :)
