А вот в /usr/share/doc/HTML/index.html есть числа "Зарегестрированных
установок". Он вообще откуда берёт эту информацию? И как узнать
зарегестрирован я или нет? И где можно посмотреть списки зарегестрированных
установок?

И что там такого? Если вы имеете ввиду ссылку на счётчик, то я говорил не об
этом. А о том каким образом этот счётчик считает установки. И надо ли где то
регистрироваться что бы тебя посчитали.

Намек на тему того, как счетчик считает _уникальные_ установки можно
найти здесь:
$ rpm -q --qf '%{POSTIN}\n' indexhtml-master-alt1
особое внимание следует обратить на следующую строку:
perl -pi -e "s/_RAND_/`head -c 32 /dev/urandom |md5sum |cut -d\ -f1`/" "$i"
