Вон сегодня distcc для того и запаковали. :)

Это скорее к *BSD как на данный момент, или Gentoo. Как я могу
ошибаться.

У меня собираются. Обычно. Разве что с напильником на тему
buildreqs и добавленным в ~/.rpmmacros %__subst. М-да, как-то
устанрканиваться система макросов пока не желает -- бурный рост,
однако :)
