Пытаюсь поставить драйвер PCTEL для софтмодема Zyxel-PCI56
получаю

я так понимаю, что
идет неверное определение версии ядра.
однако ....
[anman@localhost pctel-0.9.6]$ uname -r
2.4.19-alt0.8-up
[anman@localhost pctel-0.9.6]$ uname -a
Linux localhost.localdomain 2.4.19-alt0.8-up #1 Wed Oct 23 13:20:07 MSD
2002 i686 unknown unknown GNU/Linux

Как подсказать конфигуратору правильное назавание ядра

Исправить в ./configure:
вместо строчек
 KERNEL_VERSION="`grep UTS_RELEASE $KERNEL_INCLUDES/linux/version.h | cut -d\\\" -f2`"
 KERNEL_VERSION=`echo $KERNEL_VERSION | awk '{ print $1 }'`
поставить
 KERNEL_VERSION="2.4.19"

Или что-то в этом роде.
