А есть ли в AltLinux пакет для статистической обработки данных, с возможностью
визуализации результатов?
Если нет, то может подскажете какое либо решение со стороны?

Очень мощный пакет (популярный в узких кругах). Но он достаточно
сложный, и у него сомнительная лицензия.

А вообще - dx горят неплох.
