Я все понимаю.
Но почему в konqueror при нажатии на "открыть файл" запускается
kmail я не понимаю. :)

Меню "Расположение" пункт "Открыть файл" или "Открыть ссылку"
Эфект тот же самый. Вызывается kmail-редактор писем с
предложением написать письмо на тему
