С моей NetScroll ps/2 такое тоже наблюдается.
Правда, практического значения сия фича не имеет, т.к.
для проявления такого поведения надо действительно ЛИХОРАДОЧНО
двигать мышой.
Даже в геймерстве такие издевательства крайне маловероятны.
