сменил материнку с процессором. было kt7raid100/athlon 750 стало kr7/athlon 1700+
тут же получил завис системы после загрузки.
завис жесткий и во всех инитах 1 3 5
вылечил это дело, поставив vga=normal и соответственно убрав lpp
причины непонятны. видеокарта осталась прежней, настройки корректные.
