Фича - в libSDL есть драйвер, работающий через arts. Можно его
выбросить - для этого надо взять src.rpm от libSDL и пересобрать
пакет на машине без установленного libarts-devel. Перед сборкой
надо немного поправить spec: выкинуть из BuildRequires пакет
libarts-devel (если его туда вписали), и желательно приписать
что-нибудь от себя в конец Release. Менять Release надо для
корректной работы apt-get - иначе он обнаружит изменение
зависимостей пакета и начнет ругаться.
Динамической загрузки драйверов в libSDL нет, поэтому и
возникают зависимости на все подряд.
