Проблемы с которыми Вы столкнулись вовсе не проблемы apt`а , так что Дмитрия винить нельзя .
Вопрос Ваш звучал как вопрос о разнице между обновлениями с СД и обновлениями с ftp.altlinux.ru .
На него Вы и получили ответ .

Давайте сделаем так . Поскольку мы тут уже и так устроили нехилый оффтопик - давайте спишемся приватным мылом или иным удобным Вам способом и я попытаюсь в силу своих скромных знаний помочь Вам побороть Сизиф . Как подопытный кролик подопытному кролику . ;)
Прошу Вас , без обид , но просто на эти вопросы разработчиками уже были даны ответы и в наших же интересах сэкономить
им те несколько минут тратимых ими на чтение и cut&pastы из своих предыдущих постингов в пользу приближения момента выхода Мастера .. ;)
