Добрый день!
Карточка MSI 6712, поддержка AGP8X в ней задекларирована. Если под годом
выпуска подразумевается физическое изготовление, то, наверное, 2003, а
если "модельный ряд", то 2002. Видяха ASUS 9180.
Запускать X с опцией "NvAGP "0" я пробовал. Не работает. И сама Nvidia в
документации к своим дровам не упоминает о поддержке VIA KT400 :(. Я
надеюсь, что через какое-то время они ее таки реализуют. Но вдруг
agpgart уже сам скоро сможет ;). На форуме на сайте www.nvnews.net есть
упоминания схожих проблем и мелькнула информация о некой "support KT400"
в 2.4.21 pre1. Вот я и поинтересовался, нет ли у кого из хакеров ядра
более точной информации (на lkml я не подписан :).

Извините, очепятка. С "0" как раз работает, не работает с "1", "2" и "3"

KT400 еще свежий чипсет, посему видать придется подождать support
AGP8x и прочих фенек ;(
