Люди... сегодня сделал apt-get upgrade
после этого любая попытка воспользоваться apt-get приводит к такому

да нет, там скорее уже мешанина в макросах рпм.
имхо надо dist-upgrade делать.
но к чему это приведет, уже точно не скажешь.

тащить пакеты с рпм и ставить их с rescue c --root на ваш раздел.
еще вариант rpm -ql пакет и прямое копирование файлов с одной системы на другую.
вообще проблема решается только руками и то не 100%.
Хотя такую систему я восстанавливал и довольно успешно.

Убрать файл ~root/.rpmmacros (не удалять, а именно убрать, чтобы после
dist-upgrade вернуть).
