Был поставлен на два компьютера:
1. Intel Pentium III 550, Asus P3BF, IDE - Promise ULTRA ATA 100, на
встроенном ide стоит только cdrom на hdb. Увидел все устройства, никаких
проблем не создал. Но! Есть некоторые проблемы. Установка на raid-ьассив не
работает. Точнее на него инсталируется, но после, при загрузке, не грузится,
доходит до root-партишена и виснет. Пробовал на двух компах.
2. Atlon XP 1600 (1400MG). Гигабитовкая плата на VIA. На простые партишены
встал без проблем и определил все устройства. На raid массив тоже не встал -
та же картина, нормальная инсталяция и отказ загружаться.
Теперь некоторые но. Опять же отсутствие курсора во многих окошках, страшно
неудобно вводить текст. И это, как ни странно, все мои претензии. Да, еще
только не понрвавилось невозможность отключить графический режим при
загрузке, например по Alt+F4. Я привык видеть то, что у меня происходит при
загрузке.
Спасибо Альту! Надеюсь, что в релизе инсталляция на raid массивы уже будет
корректной, для меня это очень существенно. Еще бы очень хотелось возможность
подключать сервеные партишены во время инсталляции, чтобы использовать один
/usr ли /var.
