Узнал, что вышел LAME 3.94b. Сразу захотелось
его потестить: как новая версия ведёт себя
на высоких частотах ( > 19 Khz). Тем более
ребята добавили какую-то фичу,
всключающуюся при -q 0.
Скачал, откомпилил.
Жал такими параметрами:
lame --preset extreme -q 0 01.wav
oggenc -q 8 01.wav
oggenc -q 9 01.wav
Расжимал:
lame --decode 01.mp3
oggdec 01.ogg
...
Всё далал под ALTLinux Compact 2.3. А вот
амплутудо-частотную характеристику
пришлось строить в винде прогой Sound Forge 6.0 +
рисовал в Paint
Вывод: проект LAME всё ещё проигрывает OGG.
Скорее всего так и будет, т.к. выжать из
старой психо-аккустической модели
человека уже проблематично :(
