Дельное .... хм.
К примеру в пуре есть возможность юзать
уплоад скрипты .... у меня он дрвебом входящие
файлы сканит.
А ты если хочешь страдать с русским сделай
такой скрипт для перекодировки файлов и усе :)
( а все таки почитай стандарт-спецификацию на фтп
и думаю много вопросов отпадет сразу )
