Вот ещё информация:
1. Наверняка вы переводите на татарскую кириллицу, которая (в отличие от
просто tt) имеет код tt_RU. То есть совершенно новый для l10n.kde.org.
2. В рамках внедрения Linux в школах (2008 год) татарским центром переводился
KDE 3.5.x на татарскую кириллицу. Эти переводы (увы, не обновляемые) находятся
в пакете http://prometheus.altlinux.org/en/Sisyphus/srpms/kde-i18n-tt_RU
Часть переводов (для .desktop-файлов) есть у меня, как координатора
локализации по школьному проекту. Пишите лично, предоставлю.
P.S. Я искренне рад, что у этих переводов появится новая жизнь!
