полагаю, для этого подойдёт режим синхронизации
http://docs.kde.org/development/ru/kdesdk/lokalize/sync.html
т.е. открываем перевод ветки 0.10, потом Sync->Open sync source,
затем alt+вниз для прохода по различающимся изменениям
и alt+enter для их принятия в ветку 0.10.
(либо в контекстном меню панели синхронизации можно принять сразу все).
