согласен. в наш глоссарий следует добавлять только kde-specific термины.
я добавлю README в l10n-kde4/ru с этим правилом и ссылками на наш список
рассылки, l10n:maxims и engcom,
P.S. ну и наверное обрадую всех читателей рассылки тем что я сейчас внедряю
qstardict в плазму, заодно написав модуль для баз с multitran.sf.net
