пока нет - версия swsusp для 2.4 пока в стадии подготовки (yust@ может
сказать точнее). Новый -wks с этим патчем пока тестируется.
PS Хотя можете взять swsusp из kernel cvs и собрать ядро с ним
самостоятельно.

Для Мастер 2.4 swsusp вчера собрал, но как работает еще не видел.
Если будет нормально, положу в backports.
