Всем привет!
Вчера у меня свет "дёрнулся" т на флэшке пропали разделы. С потерянной инфой 
чёрт с ней, есть архив. Дело в другом - на флэшке нет ни одного раздела и я 
ни как не могу их создать заново. В системе появляется устройство /dev/sdb, 
но к примеру gparted не видит данное устройство. Как исправить такое дело?

Ни одна подобная программа не видит данное устройство.

Флешкекапец. Если свет дернулся и сдохла флешка, то в помойку блок питания из компа.
Если флешка не гарантийная, то попробуй аккуратно вскрыть её. Возможно стабилизатор 
накрылся (который 3.3V на память делает).

Блок выжил (повезло). У нас промышленное предприятие. Тут как включится 
портальный кран, так такие броски напряжения, что ИБП выгорают вместе с 
компами ...

На флэшке горит индикатор. Когда её подключаю, то появляется устройство:

Буквально пару дней назад было такое у знакомого. Он восстановил 
флешку утилиткой от производителя.

Попробуй тогда вот этим

Правда винда понадобится.
Были случаи, когда восстанавливали этой прогой.

А нет - сам же писал, что данные не нужны - неси по гарантии.

Пробывал ... устройство опознаётся. Но винда выдаёт: нет носителя.
