Посоветуйте tv-tuner.
Требования -возможность заставить рабоать под линуксом, поддержка
стерео-звука ну и чтоб с него писать можно было в приемлемом качестве.
Желательно внешний.. бо PCI всё меньше и меньше становится..а на PCI-E
тюнеров вообще не видел.
