Здравствуйте.
Для интересующихся модулем под 3СSOHO100B-TX новой ревизии - работает с
ядром из classic: 2.4.22-std-up с новым модулем tulip:

Гигабитные адаптеры 3C996B-T нормально отрабатывают на родном ядре ALM2.2
с модулем tg3. Правда не пробомал играться с MTU.
