Легко: для rpm-4.x в чрут ложится следующий список:
./bin/rpm
./usr/lib/rpm/rpmrc
./usr/lib/rpm/macros
./usr/lib/rpm/GROUPS
./etc/rpm/macros.db1
./var/lib/rpm
в надежде, что последующий rpm --initdb отработает.
С появлением динамического /bin/rpm надеяться на это не
получится.
