Это копия ChangeLog из пакета. Здесь одна тонкость, buffer overflow
они пофиксили ещё в 0.0.10 но (как написали в ChangeLog) не выпустили.
Хотя, у нас в Сизифе и 4.0 бранче этот фикс уже есть.
